Our Booking & Cancellation Policies

By making a reservation you are agreeing to these terms.

Default Cancellation
Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict non-refundable cancellation policy. All reservations made on our website by default, adhere to this policy. We are not responsible for unused rooms due to late/canceled airline flights, travel-related mishaps, the threat of bad weather, or for changes in plans which shorten your stay.

Flexible Cancellation*
For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made a full 48 hours prior to listing’s local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in. *taxes, add-on’s, and Flexible Cancellation fee are non-refundable at any point after confirmation. ALL CANCELLATIONS must be submitted via our Cancellation Request Form. Please do not call, text, or email. Flexible Cancellation is an add-on service and is not available to all reservations.

Rental reservations must be guaranteed with a Visa, MasterCard or Discover card at the time of booking.

  • CHECK IN: We welcome our guests to check in from 3pm-7pm. If you’d like to arrive after 7 pm we can easily accommodate any time arrival for a staffing fee of $25.00.
  • CHECK OUT: Please check out by 10 am.
  • We do not have a 24-hour front desk.
  • 300 Clifton is completely smoke and drug-free.
  • Sorry, we are unable to accommodate pets.
  • Flexible Cancellation is an optional Add-On for 10% of the nightly rate.
