Our Policies

Please review the following information prior to booking and let us know if you have any questions.

In order to secure reservations and keep an updated availability calendar, 300 Clifton requires the full amount due at the time time of booking.

  • Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully. By making a reservation you are agreeing to the terms.
  • Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations, regardless of the reason, are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for unused rooms due to late/canceled airline flights, travel related mishaps, threat of bad weather, or for changes in plans which shorten your stay.
  • Rental reservations must be guaranteed with a Visa, MasterCard or Discover card at time of booking.
  • CHECK IN: We welcome our guests to check in from 3pm-7pm.
  • CHECK OUT: Please check out by 10am.
  • We do not have a 24 hour front desk, all arrivals outside of that window must be scheduled and approved in advanced.
  • 300 Clifton is completely smoke and drug free.
  • Sorry, we are unable to accommodate pets.
  • No events / professional photography without hosts approval.
