even older barn-wood, and original bead-board paneling with 150 years of historic paint layers exposed and preserved. The desk is a huge horse stall door and the hanging shelf is a sturdy livestock ramp. The room is decorated with a horse yolk, scythe, grader and countless other historic carriage house implements from the tack room, stable and beyond. You can choose from a rustic walk-in shower tiled in slate with exposed plumbing, or soak in the antique claw foot tub. This room might have the most incredible view of the estate. Large picture windows of the old hayloft door give an expansive view up the drive, framed by the gardens and Georgian mansion.
