Do I Need Permission to Take Photos or Video?

Casual personal photos taken during your stay or visit are welcome, provided they do not disrupt other guests, staff, events, or normal property operations.

A photography or filming reservation is required for any planned or staged shoot, including but not limited to:

• Engagement photos, wedding portraits, senior photos, family portraits, maternity sessions, or fashion shoots.
• Brand, influencer, commercial, editorial, or promotional content.
• Any shoot involving a professional photographer, videographer, crew, or paid talent.
• Any shoot using tripods, lighting, reflectors, microphones, props, wardrobe changes, drones, or other production equipment.
• Any photo or video session where 300 Clifton is being used as the primary backdrop or location.

300 Clifton reserves the right to determine whether a shoot requires prior approval.

300 Clifton reserves the right to approve, deny, limit, reschedule, or cancel any photography or filming request at its discretion to protect the guest experience, historic property, and ongoing operations.
