It is temperature controlled with a mini split so it is quiet and precise. No banging steam pipes! Everything in this studio is brand new including the entire kitchen. Best: Wow! This incredible studio looks right over 9th st in the middle of Downtown Minneapolis. You can walk to the Hennepin Theater District, Target, and Nicollet Mall, all just a couple of blocks away. The skyway is an amazing way to get around downtown. But what about the studio? The huge windows that overlook the streetscape are just the beginning. This studio is the most spacious, again with a full kitchen including a microwave, fridge, and stove top.
